I asked this company to service my boiler as it would take 10 to 12 attempts to start. They turned my boiler off in the middle of winter and left me without heating for four days. They said it needed a new gas valve which they said they had replaced but the boiler started to do the same 10 to 12 attempts to start. I called in another gas fitter who said the boiler had not been serviced and the gas valve had not been replaced. Following my review the company said they were sorry that I had had such a bad experience and gave me a complete refund, you can't fault that.
